Shrimp Pasta Salad
Easy to prepare ;


Ingredients:
700 ml Mayonnaise
1 1/2 packs Macaroni Pasta 200g
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
180g small shrimps cut up (without shell and head), blanched
3/4 cucumber, chopped
1 cup ripe Mangoes, sliced
1 cup fruit cocktail, well-drained
1/3 tsp ground black pepper
Procedure :
1. Cook pasta according to packaging directions; drain and rinse with cold water until completely
Cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine Mayonnaise, vinegar and parsley. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to coat. Season, if desired, with salt and pepper. Serve Chilled or at room temperature.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
