How to Bake Cassava Cake

CASSAVA CAKE



INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 cups grated cassava
  • 8 cups coconut
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 35 grams grated cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/8 bar melted butter
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
FOR TOPPINGS:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

STEPS:

Mix all ingredients and bake @ 375 F for about an hour or until light brown in appearance. Pour toppings and bake and then broil till done.


How I love to eat cassava cake before I only buy commercial cassava cake in grocery but know I know how to bake it. So you may also try this recipe at home and you'll see the difference of home made cassava cake.
