How to Cook Nilupak

NILUPAK




INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 cups unripe saba, cooked and pounded
  • 4 cups buko, medium hard
  • 1 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla

EASY STEPS:


1. Combine the above ingredients, and pound once more.

2. Mix till well blended.

3. Arrange on a platter and cut into desired shapes





Nilupak are mostly prepared by the people living in Rural areas because they are rich with bananas. It is easy to prepare and the ingredients needed are cheaper and available in their place.
