LECHON PAKSIW

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 kilo lechon, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon peppercorns
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

PROCEDURE:

In a pot, combine the lechon, garlic, onion, peppercorns, vinegar and sugar. Mix well. Civer and bring to a boil. Cook until the sauce is reduced slightly. Stir occasionally.
