SUPERMOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE

CAKE:

2 cups White sugar
2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
3/4 cup Cocoa
1 1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Salt
1 cup Evaporated milk
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
2 pcs. Eggs
1 cup Boiling water


CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

1 can Condensed milk
1/2 cup Cocoa
2 tbsp. Butter


FILLING:

1 cup Water
1/8 cup Cocoa
3/4 cup Sugar
2 tbsp. Corn starch
2 tbsp. Butter
1/2 cup All-purpose flour


PROCEDURE FOR THE CAKE:

1. Except for the boiling water, put all ingredients in a bowl and beat until smooth, add the boiling water and continue to beat until well bleneded.

2. Pour mixture into2x9x3 baking pan and bake at 320 degree for 45 to 1 hour, or until done.


PROCEDURE FOR THE CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

1. Combine the milk and the cocoa in a saucepan and cook until mixture is thick, remove from heat and add the butter until combined.


PROCEDURE FOR THE FILLING:

1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan continuously stirring until thick. Remove from heat. Add 2 tbsp. butter.
