My Pork Adobo with Dried Fish

Ingredients:

. 1/2 kilo pork meat, preferably belly portion cut into cubes
. 3 cloves garlic
. 1 onion, finely sliced
. 1 piece laurel
. a few pieces peppercorns
. 1/4 cup soy sauce
. 1/2 cup vinegar
. brown sugar,
. 1/8 kilo dried fish

PROCEDURE:

1. Put the pork,garlic,onion,laurel,peppercorns,soy sauce,vinegar and brown sugar in a casserole. Cook until the pork is done.
2. Add the chopped dried fish. Simmer until until the fish is cook.
