PORK AND CHICKEN ADOBO


MY PORK AND CHICKEN ADOBO


Ingredients:

. 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
. 2 tablespoon oil
. 1/2 cup sliced onion
. 1/2 kilo kasim (pork shoulder butt),
cut into desired pieces
. 1/2 kilo chicken, cut into
desired pieces
. water, to tenderize meat
. 2tablespoons paminton powder,
dissolved in 1/2 cup water
. 3 pieces potatoes, quartered
. salt to taste
. 2 pieces laurel(bay leaf)
. 3 pieces green or red bell peppers,
sliced into strips

Procedure:
1. In a deep pan, garlic in oil until golden brown. Add the onion and
cook until tender. Add pork and chicken, and brown all the pieces.
Add enough water to tenderize the meat.

2. When tender, add paminton powder dissolved in water.
Add potatoes and cook until done. Season with salt.
Add the laurel leaves.

3. Add sliced peppers and cook until tender.

4. Served.
