Sesame Wonton Crisps

Sesame Wonton Crackers
  • 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 18 wonton wrappers
  • cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon five-spice powder


1. Preheat oven to 400 degree.
2. Combine oil and 1 teaspoon water in a small bowl. Set aside.
3. Place wonton wrappers on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Brush wrappers with oil mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, salt, and five-spice powder.
4. Bake at 400 degree for 5 minutes on until browned and crisp.
