SPECIAL PUTO CHEESE

INGREDIENTS:


  • 5 cups cake flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp. ovalette
  • 1 bar cheese
  • 50 pcs. baking paper cups


PROCEDURE:

1. Mix all dry ingredients and make a hole.

2. Put all liquid ingredients into the hole.

3. Mix gradually starting at the center.

4. Scope and put into the puto tins lined with baking cups.

5. Steam for 15 minutes.
