How to Cook Sinigang na Litson


SINIGANG NA LITSON






We Filipino's love lechon very much. The must common alternative for lechon left-overs is "lechon pakwsiw". So you may try Sinigang na Lechon here is the ingredients and the steps:



INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon peppercorns
  • 1 kilo lechon, chopped
  • 8 cups water
  • 2 tamarind broth cubes
  • salt

STEPS:

1. In a pot, combine garlic, onion, peppercorns, lechon and water. Cover and bring to a boil.

2. Add broth cubes. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and mix well.
