How to Cook Spaghetti

SPAGHETTI DELIGHT



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 kilo spaghetti pasta (cooked)
  • 1 kilo Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce
  • 500 grams ground meat
  • 250 grams hotdogs (sliced)
  • 2 medium onions (chopped)
  • 1 small garlic bulb, (minced)
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 bar cheese

COOKING DIRECTIONS:

Prepare 8 liters of water in a cooking pot. Add 2 tbsp cooking oil and 2 tbsp salt. Bring to boil. Add 1 kilogram spaghetti pasta into the pot. Boil uncovered, stirring occasionally. Cook for 11-13 minutes until tender and full to the bite. Do not overcook. Rinse with tap water and drain thoroughly.


STEPS:


1. Heat butter in a pan. Saute garlic, onion and ground meat.

2. Stir in Filipino Style Spaghetti Sauce and hotdogs.

3. Simmer until meat is cooked. Pour the sauce over the cooked Spaghetti Pasta. Add cheese over and serve.


TIPS:

Do not overcook pasta, you can use sausage instead of hotdog. You can substitute spaghetti sauce with banana catsup and add evaporated milk.
