How to Prepare Leche Flan



LECHE FLAN



It is very easy to prepare leche flan everybody can do it. I prepare to cook my own than to buy commercial leche flan it taste good.


INGREDIENTS:


1/2 cup sugar
8 egg yolks
1 can 300 ml. condensada milk (any brand)
1 cup water


DIRECTIONS:

1. Caramelize sugar in llanera. Set aside.

2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into prepared llanera over a strainer. Cover with foil and cook in a steamer for 45 minutes.

3. Start timing when water boils in a steamer.


TIPS:

You may also use 4 whole eggs instead of 8 egg yolks so that you can save. But for best results we prefer to use 8 egg yolks. Do not overcook.
